Interesting discussion over here about wills versus a living trust?
Question is: do you need a will?
Short answer is….yeah probably….it can’t hurt.
The nice thing about deciding to make your own living trust is that it can help distribute the assets that AREN’T EVEN INCLUDED in the living trust.
Pretty cool, huh?
